Where Can I Find A Information On Low/No Carb Foods?

I’ve been looking for anyone who has been on a low/no carb diet because I’m planning on starting one next month. a friend of mine used herbalife shakes and pills to lose weight and she lost over 100 lbs. she did this along with cutting out carbs which she still does. she has been able to maintain her weight. I am only interested in the protein shakes, not the pills, and the no carbs to lose weight. I wanted to get some help on starting this. Since my friend lives far away I don’t talk to her as much.

So if any of you know of any websites I can go to to get a list of no carb/low carb foods I’d appreciate it. I’ve searched on google and haven’t found a really good list to go by yet. let me know what you use. thank you.

I would be very careful with the low carb. I would not do a no carb diet and carbs are what fuel you. However, the herbalife shakes do have some carbs if I remember correctly *runs to look* lol. Yeah my wild berry has 13g per 2 scoops so each shake. I think it might be a good idea but I would suggest taking the multivitamin and the cell activator. You will need your vitamins and the cell activator helps you absorb nutrients. Good luck and let me know how it goes! I lost 61 pounds in 6 months just from using Herbalife’s products.
