Why Can’t I Lose Weight? What Am I Doing Wrong

I am taking my vitamins eating a well as I can sometimes I do eat fast food, but I workout drink plenty of water and all the things that you are supposed to do to lose weight but I haven’t lost anything I have gained almost 2 pounds. So what am I doing wrong? In the past I have been able to to lose it in a matter of days.

Everyone is like well you are getting older well duh I know that better then anyone but I am getting sick of my neighbour, I love her to death but she just a her 3rd baby and she lost a lot after her baby was born so now she weighs 15 lighter then when she got pregnant. I had my son almost 2 years ago, and still 20 pounds heavier. Lord someone help me please I am about to go dramatic on myself. I’m so tired of hubby breaking his neck to look at skinny women….. HELP!

I am sorry that you’re going through this! trust me you are not alone! I was not seeing any results for a very long time,I read that people who keep a food journal lost twice as much weight than those who did not so I started keeping a journal. I started in 20012 I was 198 and today I weigh 183 so I have lost some so that would be my suggestion to you. Keep a journal you can write down everything you eat and you’ll see if you are eating too much or even too little.

I count calories

and so I noticed if I eat too few calories the weight loss stops it is called starvation mode your body starts storing calories because it thinks it is starving.maybe keep track of your calories for a while and see if that helps.you can find a calorie calculator on the internet and it will tell you how many calories you need to eat to lose some lbs and go from there. I hope this helped you don’t have to count calories forever just a short time to get an idea of what you need to eat to lose lbs, and don’t give up the weight will come off if you keep working hard at it. I gained 4lbs on a vegetarian diet and 2lbs when I was sick and eating a clear liquid diet so don’t feel alone we’re all in the same situation here! if you need someone to talk to I’m here for you!

I recently lost 32 pounds on a program called Take Shape for Life. I started July 1st. My husband used to look at all the skinny girls & I used to get so upset. I was a size 14 and now I am an 8. This past weekend we went to a party & he was checking me out and told me I look HOT! Can you believe he was checking me out? Anyway, the program is the best & thank god I am not hungry. Check it out.
