Migraine With WW

MigraineAm I suppose to feel this way? Today is my first day doing the Weight Watchers new system and I have had a migraine all evening and felt weak like I didn’t eat enough. I get 44 points a day due to my weight and I still had 16 left so I ate a wrap with lunch meat and a bagel and used up the rest now I feel better but its kinda scary am I not doing something right?


Spread them out, you should never have that many left at the end of the day. Use the breakdown on page 60 of your Getting Started book to help you. Eat some snacks in between meals, you shouldn’t be starving.
